The staff here were really friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. 😊.

The pool area is clean and there are good quality rooms with big beds, a private safe, climate control, and an electronic key card, plus there are many options for amazing food.

We had a just perfect 1 night stay. The staff were superfriendly and very, very nice all the time. The location was unbeatable and EXCELLENT yet it was within short walking distance to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot.

Unfortunately internet connection was weak.

Location is only 2 hours from Bangkok and a well kept resort. Nice pool and beach.

No staff around at all by pool , spa etc. Actually not bad but we felt like the hotel has noted the low occupancy and reduced staff. However there were enough in reception, security, restaurant.

Very comfortable cottages, extra extra large supercomfy beds, very helpful staff (although somewhat lacking in English skills), nice restaurant, great seaside location.

Staff could do with some English language training. Chefs in the restaurant have a hard time understanding 'not spicy'...
